It certainly helps, but we do not require any previous experience. We provide each customer with a basic understanding of how the machine works during the drop-off period but can certainly can go more into depth if needed.
A $100 non-refundable deposit will be collected at the time of booking.
A valid Drivers License and Credit Card
After paying the $100 non-refundable deposit there are 3 different options. (1) Use the same credit card to pay for the rest of the rental (a 3.5% fee is charged to the cardholder). (2) E-Transfer. (3) Cash.
If any part of the machine begins to malfunction or breaks, give us a call so we can diagnose the issue to the best of our ability and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
If the temperature is below zero, knock all debris out of the tracks after each use to ensure they will stay in proper working condition and not freeze.
Each machine can be used for 8 hours/day or 60 hours/week. Any additional hours will be billed directly to the credit card used at the time of booking.
Yes, all machines must be completely full at the end of your rental period. We can provide empty diesel jugs free of charge for your convenience.
Yes, all machines must be returned clean and in the same state as when they were dropped off. We do understand that it may not be possible to clean every single section and crevice of the machine, but it is necessary to give it a rinse and knock any dirt/debit out of the tracks and other moving parts of the machine.
We unfortunately do not have our own operators that will complete your jobs with our machines and are solely an equipment rental business.
